Shipping Policy
We at Crystalcat value our customers time & money, and hence we strive hard to ensure that our customers receive their purchased product in the finest condition, and on or before the committed timeline. In order to do so, we have partnered with some of the leading logistics/courier companies such as Fedex, Aramex, Delivery, DTDC.
- Delivery Timeline:While the delivery timeline will depend upon the delivery address of the customer, but a good range to keep in mind would be 3-6 working days. For Metros & Tier 1 cities, it might take anywhere between 3-4 working days to deliver while for Tier 2 & 3 cities & Rural areas it might take 5-6 working days.
- Shipping Fee within India:Free shipping on cart value of Rs 1000 or above. Alternately, flat Rs 50 will be charged as SHIPPING FEE if the cart value is less than Rs 1000. This shipping fee is non refundable.
- The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled (within 24 hours of placing the order), lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
- If your parcel is damaged or tampered with when you receive it, then please refuse to accept it. You can call our customer care or mail us at care@gmail.com mentioning your order number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
