- Loose crystal/Gemstones & “Ready to be Shipped” Items
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a loose crystal/gemstone or a “Ready to be Shipped” item, you may return it for a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:
Return Window: Must be returned strictly within 10 days of delivery.
Responsibility: While in your possession, you are fully responsible for the item’s care, condition, and value.
Refund Issuance: A refund will be processed only after the product has passed our quality inspection.
Conditions for Return Eligibility:
- The item must be completely unchanged.
- The item must be undamaged and in perfect condition.
- The item must be returned in its original, unused form.
- It must pass inspection by the Crystalcat Quality Control Team.
- The item should be returned along with:
